Whether it is home staging prep, refreshing with new paint colours, selecting window coverings or choosing the finishes for your new construction, consultations are crucial for determining what it is you are looking to accomplish.

Of course! The initial consultation is a thorough discovery meeting to determine your likes and dislikes and the vibe you are looking to accomplish. We will work together to create the space of your dreams!

We want to highlight your homes best features with home staging. The best rooms to stage when doing so are, living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom, ensuite and main bathroom. Anything else is a bonus!

There are two types of home staging, occupied and vacant. When doing an occupied staging we try our best to incorporate as much as we can already within the home.

The short answer is yes! If the home is vacant, we will furnish it. If you need accessories to add to your furnishings, we will provide them.

The cost does vary per home. On top of the initial consultation, there is a monthly furniture rental fee and a one-time fee per staged room. This will cover delivery, set-up and pick-up and removal when you are no longer in need of the staging items. On average it typically costs around $1600-$2200 per home before taxes. If you wish to renew the staging, there is an additional furniture rental fee after the initial month.

Upon initial staging, the rental fee covers one month. You may continue the staging on a biweekly or monthly basis.
